New “Sister-Site” Launched! Part II

(Continued from Part I)

headshot_p10974ta101766_12_0Hello Readers and Authors,

I’m David Bibby, Catherine’s husband and Web Designer for Rochelle’s Reviews. Since we stared Rochelle’s Reviews in late April of 2015, we’ve seen it grow beyond our wildest imagination. We couldn’t have done it without the support and friendship of authors and readers like you.

I’m extremely excited to announce the first “Sister-Site” to Rochelle’s Reviews. This site’s URL is http://SPF.RochellesReviews.com. Instead of having usual “www” in front we’re using “spf”. SPF stands for Sci-Fi, Paranormal, and Fantasy… and I hope it’s easy for everyone to remember. The techy people will know this as a “sub-domain”.. which really just means it falls under the “Rochelle’s Reviews” Umbrella. We’ve also added links in the top menu to hop back and forth between sites. Just hover over the word HOME to see the link appear.

Novels in the Sci-Fi Romance, Paranormal Romance, and Fantasy Romance genres will be featured prominently throughout this site. Futuristic Bad-asses, Aliens, Vampires, Shifters, Dragons, Ghosts, and more are all welcome here.

Just like the original Rochelle’s Reviews, we’ll be adding new books, new authors, cover reveals, release announcements, giveaways, and more. Nearly everything will be the same.. but many of the reviews on this site will be written by yours truly. Contemporary, New Adult, and Erotic Romance is Catherine’s thing, and she’ll be reading approximately 200-300 books this year in her selected genres. My aim is invite new readers, reviewers, and authors and I see no better way to do that then to run “science experiments” here.  This is the perfect place to try something new and I am certainly open to new ideas.

So to kick this thing off..  I recently read a Sci-Fi Romance novel Hearts Out of TimeHearts Out of TimeHearts Out of Time by Chris Lange
Blurb:
Tracy steps into a futuristic device and plunges into a world she never imagined. Although flaming desire is a tempting pit to dive into, a life is at stake and evil is lurking. In an uncanny nineteenth century where incredible characters love and fight, vengeance and hate are never far away. Aboard a dream train, across a treacherous Nevada desert, down into dark hideouts and nasty secrets, passion and duty struggle to conquer the worst enemy of all: love. For at the end of the line, one must w...

by Chris Lange, which I thoroughly enjoyed.  Read my review of it and let me know what you think. I hope to read and review the rest of this series as the books come out.  On Thursday, my review of CobaltCobaltCobalt by CG Blade
Blurb:
Science fact. Historical fact. These two subjects combined make up the newest and brightest science fiction novels, The Trinity Series. These wonderful novels are grounded in historical scientific fact and once they start, they never stop their climb towards a dramatic climax and a shocking ending. Consumed with the studies done in the 50’s and 60’s on human trials, the Atom Bomb, and other subjects, CG used these pieces of history, plucked them out, and inserted them into his novels. Al...
